The holidays celebrate nature and travel in Kevin’s new abstract capsule
LA Clothing Imprint Holiday’s latest collection celebrates the spirit of being released into the world, with a nature-inspired drop and Hawaii lookbook.
Conceived by Nick Holiday, one of the designers responsible for Brockhampton’s unique looks and by-products, Holiday’s latest collection features ‘Earth Wear’, with garments influenced by the earth’s natural environment and embodying a color palette. optimistic and hyper pigmented. “Earth Wear really came into being by zooming out on what it means to create clothes inspired by nature, the earth,” says the founder in an interview with iD. “I wasn’t just inspired by forests or beaches, but every aspect of the earth. Sky, earth, streets, mountains, snow.
Drawing on acclaimed photographer Gunner Stahl and Brockhampton’s Kevin Abstract, the brand’s highlights include a series of layered pieces, including joggers, T-shirts and workwear-inspired pieces. “Personally, I love the bomber jacket and work pants. The work pants in particular that I have been wearing every day for the past two months, ”Holiday continues. “I’m so happy I made these pants in Los Angeles and cut exactly how I wanted them. They last a very long time and give me a lot of confidence.
Other standout pieces include a forest green hoodie, which reads “HOLIDAY ALL TERRAIN”, “Earth Wear” long sleeve t-shirt and navy embroidered headgear.
